New Business Sales Exec | Permanent | £80,000 - £100,000 (double OTE)
Peaple Talent have partnered with a client in the South West looking to recruit for a New Business Sales Executive.
Due to the nature of what our client does, they are ideally looking for candidates with previous experience selling CCAAS solutions or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify new sales opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and social media channels
* Arrange and lead meetings with prospective clients
* Prepare and deliver tailored presentations on products and services
* Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
* Manage negotiations, close deals, and effectively handle objections or concerns
* Oversee active implementations, providing support and escalation where required
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at an executive level
* Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers
* Maintain a strong understanding of our client’s portfolio
* Stay informed and actively engaged in the contact centre and customer service industry
Key Experience Required:
* Demonstrated success in a New Business Sales or similar role
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-regional organisations
* In-depth knowledge of Unified Communications, Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS), and omnichannel solutions
* Solid understanding of contact centre and customer service operations
* Genuine interest in technology and innovation
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong executive presence
* Proactive mindset with a strong bias for action
* Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Services)
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
* Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Well-organised, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
* Self-motivated and able to work independently, while knowing when to seek input or feedback
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Good understanding of marketing principles and negotiation techniques
* Experience maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecast
* Familiarity with key platforms such as NICE, Zendesk, and Gamma
* High-level awareness of partner solutions including Sycurio, Digital Genius, Ada, Omilia, and Lifesize
* Experience using CRM systems
