Job Description: About us A main dealer facility with a great customer and staff reputation Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Motor trade service Advisor within our main dealer facility in Chislehurst on a full time basis. This is a Monday - Friday Only role 08-00 - 1800 with NO WEEKENDS Offering a £31,000 salary plus commission giving a Ote of circa £38,000 uncapped We are looking for a candidate with Service advisor experience within the motor trade A team player is also a must here as you will be working with other service advisors, vehicle technicians, parts department and the service manager A full Driving licence is also essential preferably clean but with no more than 6 points. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their vehicle service needs and ensure their satisfaction. Duties: - Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the service department - Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues - Provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance based on customer concerns and vehicle inspections - Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer - Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs or maintenance - Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process - Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally Skills: - Strong upselling skills to promote additional services or products - Excellent customer skills with ability to handle situations calmly and professionally - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive pay, a positive work environment, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
