We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) on behalf of a well-established client in the port / logistics sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled operator looking for long-term, stable work with the potential for a permanent position.
🔧 The Role:
1. Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
2. Loading and unloading vehicles and containers
3. Moving stock within a busy yard / warehouse environment
4. Supporting general yard and warehouse duties as required
5. Working as part of a team to meet operational deadlines
✅ Requirements:
6. Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-date and accredited)
7. Previous experience in a similar industrial / port / logistics environment
8. Good awareness of health & safety procedures
9. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
10. Own transport preferred due to location
