Well-Being and Activities Coordinator – Care Home
Salary: £12.50 per hour, plus a wide range of employee benefits and career progression opportunities
Location: Wendreth Court, March, Cambridgeshire, PE15
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time (5 days over 7, including alternate weekends)
Shift Times: Day shifts – hours may vary according to activity schedules
Please note: Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be 25 years or older for insurance purposes.

Your Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver engaging activities catering to residents’ interests and needs
* Promote physical and mental wellbeing through group and individual sessions
* Organize special events such as arts, music, outings, pet therapy, and fitness activities
* Assist residents with newsletters and communication for social media and relatives
* Maintain participation records and gather feedback for improvement
* Manage the activities budget
* Support residents with transport to community activities and appointments
What We Are Looking For:
* A friendly, imaginative, and passionate individual confident engaging with diverse people
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* A positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting others
* Proficient IT skills
* A valid UK driving licence
* Experience in a similar role or care setting is desirable but not essential; full training provided
