Part Time Pickleball Coach - Brio Neston Hours of work: Monday 8.00 pm - 9.30 pm Contract type: Part Time Salary: Favourable rate of pay, dependent on size and duration of class Closing date: Wednesday 6th May 2026 Interview date: Proposed interview date of Wednesday 13th May 2026 Pickleball Coach We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 1 qualified Pickleball Coach to support the delivery of fun, safe, and engaging pickleball sessions for players of all ages and abilities. Key responsibilities Deliver structured pickleball sessions in line with Level 1 coaching guidelines. Support beginner and improver players with basic skills and game understanding. Assist with session planning, warm‑ups, and cool‑downs. Ensure a safe and inclusive coaching environment. Promote enjoyment, participation, and fair play. Support lead coaches where required. Essential requirements Level 1 Pickleball Coaching Qualification (or equivalent) Passion for pickleball and sports participation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with groups of mixed ages and abilities. Basic knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety. Desirable Previous coaching or sports leadership experience.
