Working for a high-profile and profitable Marketing Agency & Adtech scale-up, with strong revenue and margins, the B2B Senior Product Manager / AI Product Lead is needed to grow their flagship AdTech product. The company takes an AI-first approach, so an in-depth understanding of LLMs and using AI as part of product development and workflows is key. The organisation has 60 staff and grew by 25% in the past 12 months.
This role would be product hire #1 for the organisation. The product is a recently launched AI platform generating brand-compliant campaign creatives (reducing production time from 2 weeks to 5 minutes). It’s amazing and there’s strong demand from customers.
The B2B Senior Product Manager / AI Product Lead role is hands-on with full ownership of the roadmap and delivery. Although the vision and roadmap have already been laid out, you’ll have considerable input into this as the product evolves.
Initially an internal product provided as part of a managed service, there’s potential to build a SAAS version for the broader market.
This is a hybrid role reporting into the CEO, with 2-3 days per week in their office based in Northwest London.
Candidates for the B2B Senior Product Manager / AI Product Lead role will:
* Own the product roadmap, QA process, and all sprint planning.
* Scale the flagship product, delivering creative AI media features.
* Manage stakeholders and their expectations.
* Bridge the gap between the organisation’s performance marketing and technical development teams.
Candidates for the B2B Senior Product Manager / AI Product Lead role must have:
* 5+ years’ B2B product management experience, ideally in AdTech/MarTech.
* Demonstrable AI-first and AI-ready approach e.g. use of LLMs, integrating into workflows, etc.
* Understanding of performance marketing; any experience with Meta/Facebook Ads is a bonus.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with users, customers, developers, designers and senior leadership.
