Looking for an experienced SEND LSA / Support Worker / Youth Worker / Care Assistant
* Do you have 5+ years of significant experience with challenging behaviour?
* Have you supported individuals with challenging autism?
* Do you love working with children with special needs and helping them reach their potential?

This school supports children with Autism and challenging behaviours, including ASD, severe learning difficulties, ADHD, GDD, and SEMH.
What you will be doing:
* Working five days a week, providing 1:1 support
* Developing your skills as an LSA
* Building strong relationships with children
* This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
* Open to LSAs, TAs, support workers, healthcare assistants, and youth workers
