Background
This is an opportunity to join a mid-sized, forward-thinking training practice at a pivotal stage in its development, working closely with an experienced and highly successful GP leader who is driving an ambitious turnaround and growth project. The practice offers the chance to develop clinically, operationally and professionally in a way that very few traditional practices can provide.
You’ll be joining a supportive and resilient team focused on delivering high-quality patient care whilst continuing to evolve systems, reduce unnecessary GP workload and create a sustainable long-term model for primary care.
