Overview
We operate throughout the Greater Manchester area providing high quality and person centred care to individuals with support needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, complex needs and older adults with extra care requirements. We are seeking Relief Support Workers in the area.
Committed to the welfare of others, you will provide emotional and practical support to clients, helping with daily living needs and enabling them to maintain independence and dignity within the local community.
As a Creative Support Relief Support Worker, you will have access to our free app to pick up shifts across the Greater Manchester area (and other areas of the country), receive information on the service and shifts, and obtain directions. Pay will vary depending on the service worked at, and you will be paid on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities
* Provide emotional and practical support to clients on a daily basis.
* Assist with personal care, household duties, medication management, and healthy living.
* Support clients to engage with the local community and maintain independence and dignity.
* Collaborate with staff to deliver high quality, person-centred care.
Qualifications
* 12 months of previous care experience is essential.
* New starters must attend mandatory induction courses before beginning shift work; courses will be provided.
