These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping students achieve their potential and supporting teaching staff in a busy classroom environment. Successful candidates will support learning both in-class and in small groups, helping students with behaviour, academic progress, and social development. There may also be opportunities to step up and cover lessons when required, so confidence managing behaviour and supervising a classroom is essential.
