Experience, Qualifications, Personal Attributes 2 years of Service Desk IT Support experience. MSP Background Citrix, M365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot… Strong interest and experience in IT services, solutions, and technology. Proficiency in PC's, servers, email, telephony, backup, Firewalls, switching, and routers. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and networking principles. Relevant IT certifications desired (Microsoft Associate, CCNA, AWS, GCP, ITIL, PRINCE, etc.). Eagerness to develop technical and customer service skills coupled with excellent communication and time management abilities.
