Verify payments, check stock availability, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely dispatch. Update order status and communicate with customers as needed. Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, or phone, ensuring high satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, returns, and stock levels. Generate regular sales reports, analyse trends, and assist in demand forecasting.
Coordinate with inventory teams to monitor stock, prevent overselling, and support restocking efforts. Create and optimise product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals.
Monitor competitor pricing and collaborate with marketing and content teams to align promotional efforts and SEO with sales objectives.
