We are now seeking enthusiastic, professional, and personable Front of House Supervisor to join our growing team and help us continue creating a friendly, efficient, and memorable environment for every guest who walks through our doors.
The Role
We're looking for a confident and service-driven Front of House Supervisor to help lead our front of house team. You'll support daily operations, ensure smooth service, and help create a warm, welcoming environment for guests. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support front of house staff during service
* Ensure excellent customer experience across table service, coffee bar, and drinks service
* Assist with staff training, scheduling, and daily briefings
* Oversee reservations, guest flow, and match-day coordination
* Monitor cleanliness, service standards, and health & safety compliance
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
* Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a front of house role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passion for great coffee, casual dining, and bar service
* Friendly, approachable personality with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and match days
* Basic food hygiene knowledge (training can be provided)
* Interest in rugby or sports hospitality is a bonus
