Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Membership Manager located in Gorleston‑On‑Sea, with flexibility for some remote work. The Membership Manager will oversee membership engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies to ensure a thriving member network. Responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with members, coordinating and managing events, providing exceptional customer service, and analyzing membership data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
