Financial Planner – All high worth clients provided!
Location: Central London
Due to continued expansion, we have been retained by a prestigious boutique Wealth Planning firm, with an in-house DFM team, to recruit an ambitious Financial Planner.
All clients will be provided, which are mass affluent or UHNW, and you will not be required to move clients over or self-generate new clients. The firm offers exclusive propositions and cash management facilities that enable clients to safely maximize their portfolios and increase revenue within your client bank.
The role includes support and mentorship from a Director to assist in client handover.
Responsibilities
* Managing an existing client bank of circa 80-100 clients
* Targeting new client acquisition through Business Development activities; proactively representing the business and meeting potential clients
* Rebuilding relationships with unengaged clients through financial planning advice
* Collaborating with investment managers to identify opportunities for clients
* Referring clients and prospects to other services and specialisms
* Providing ongoing service, conducting annual reviews, and ensuring clients meet their objectives
* Maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
* Delivering objectives promptly, prioritizing workload, and maintaining professionalism under pressure
* Communicating clearly and accurately, maintaining records, and utilizing technology effectively
* Providing excellent customer service, finding solutions, and using feedback for improvement
* Maintaining high productivity, understanding individual and corporate goals, and embracing change positively
* Sharing knowledge and supporting team goals
* Delivering understandable financial advice to ensure client satisfaction and retention
* Participating in knowledge sharing among colleagues
* Maintaining a full understanding of the financial services market
* Managing client relationships profitably and addressing issues promptly
Experience / Qualifications
* Must hold the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS)
* Experience in providing financial planning advice
* Experience in business development and growing a client book
