What This Role Is All About
As a Product Manager in the Health Adviser and Employer (HAE) Product Delivery Stream, youll play a key role in shaping and delivering seamless, digital experiences for our customers. Youll lead the development of a thoughtful and strategic product roadmap, working collaboratively with diverse teams to bring innovative, inclusive, and impactful solutions to life.
Key Actions Shape and deliver the medium to long-term product strategy for Quote and Apply, ensuring it reflects both customer needs and business priorities.
Facilitate inclusive ideation and design processes, partnering with R&D, UX, engineering, and content teams to co-create meaningful features.
Take ownership of the day-to-day product experience, using insights and empathy to drive continuous improvement and reduce friction.
Prioritise and manage the product backlog, delivering value iteratively through agile, customer-focused practices.
Champion the voice of the customer within scrum teams, ensuring every feature contributes to a brilliant and accessible user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and refine user stories, journey epics, and feature maps that are clear, purposeful, and aligned.
Stay curious and informed about market trends and competitor activity to guide thoughtful, forward-looking product decisions.
What You Need to Thrive

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
