Nursing Home Manager

The Role:
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, customer service, and staff development. This is a senior leadership role, offering autonomy, challenge, and the reward of making a real difference to residents' lives.
Requirements:
* NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
– active PIN is essential
* Proven experience as a Registered Manager
within a nursing home setting
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and achieving Good/Outstanding ratings
* Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills
* A genuine passion for elderly care and clinical excellence
