* Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
* Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial records.
* Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in accounting systems.
* Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with other departments to address financial queries.
* Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
