Housing and Communities Manager - 6 Months - Hybrid, 2 days in office - Midlands
The role manages 4 team leaders and reports into the Head of Housing, Revenues and Customer Services.
The key duties of this role include:
1. Managing the effective delivery of the Council's housing and communities services, aligning key work activities with other corporate and community priorities.
2. Directing the day-to-day work of the team to ensure service quality and efficiency.
3. Developing and implementing strategies to improve housing and community services.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to meet community needs and ensure compliance with regulations.
5. Monitoring and reporting on service performance and outcomes.
Requirements include prior experience in housing management, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
