At Bupa, we're looking for a dynamic Client-Side Project Manager to join our Design & Construction team. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering our ambitious Property Strategy, collaborating with talented colleagues and stakeholders across the business and beyond.
What You'll Do:
* Support the Principal Project Manager in delivering a portfolio of major property projects and independently lead smaller projects from inception to completion.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and effective project delivery.
* Develop and maintain all project documentation, manage meetings, track actions and timelines, and prepare risk logs and meeting packs.
* Execute robust governance and reporting frameworks, monitor regulatory adherence, and manage project risks and dependencies.
* When required, line manage teams to deliver agreed portfolios of work, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive change through agile, adaptable, and resilient project teams.
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years in client-side project management, specifically within design & construction.
* Healthcare experience desired - specially hospital & diagnostic build projects.
* Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, contract administration, and preparation of contract documents.
* Project Management qualification (or working towards accreditation).
* Demonstrated ability to manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
* Experience leading teams across multiple locations, with a focus on collaboration and performance.
* Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and budget management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and experienced with business and project management software.
