We are 4Com, an award-winning, market-leading telecoms company currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a conscientious Technical Onboarding Coordinator to join our team starting 1st July.
As a Technical Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing complex or escalated orders, ensuring they are provisioned correctly, and keeping customers informed about the progress, issues, or delays related to their orders. Services include, but are not limited to, fixed line, broadband, SIP, and non-geographical numbers. You will also be tasked with training team members and developing the technical capabilities within the onboarding team. You will collaborate closely with team leaders and escalate any issues to the onboarding management team.

We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in training new starters and upskilling existing team members
* Possesses knowledge of broadband, router configuration, and fixed line services
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
* Has strong customer service skills and high-level administrative abilities
* Is proficient with IT and familiar with Windows-based packages
* Works well as part of a team, maintaining supportive relationships with colleagues and staff
* Has a positive, 'can-do' attitude towards all tasks
What will you be doing as an Onboarding Coordinator at 4Com?
* Managing complex or escalated orders for migrations, connections, and service changes
* Programming routers for end users and coordinating equipment delivery
* Liaising with customers and third-party support to ensure successful service delivery and supporting teams during the order lifecycle
* Arranging surveys and coordinating with the installation department to meet customer requirements
* Collaborating with suppliers to ensure a seamless installation experience for customers
* Keeping customers updated on the progress of their installations and informing them of any delays or issues
