In this office-based role, you'll be responsible for selling print and digital advertising solutions to businesses across various sectors. It's a great opportunity for someone with B2B sales experience who's looking to progress their career in a vibrant, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and contact new business prospects through outbound calling and email
* Build strong client relationships and understand their advertising needs
* Create and present tailored advertising proposals
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns
* Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity
* Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
What We're Looking For
* B2B sales experience (media or advertising background preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload
* Comfortable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
* CRM experience and understanding of digital marketing is advantageous
* Positive, proactive, and self-motivated approach
What's on Offer
* £27,500 basic salary
* Uncapped commission – realistic OTE of £40,000+
* Monday to Friday working hours, office-based in Maidstone
