Monday to Friday | Term Time Only | Start Date: ASAP. Radnor House Sevenoaks is seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners in a nurturing and dynamic environment where every child is encouraged to thrive. As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced teaching staff to support the learning and development of children in our Early Years Foundation Stage. You 0"ll help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive setting where children feel happy, confident and ready to explore the world around them. Responsibilities
* Supporting children\'s learning through play and planned activities
* Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Helping with personal care routines where needed
* Working collaboratively with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
Qualifications & Skills
* A genuine passion for working with young children
* Experience in an EYFS setting (school or nursery) is desirable
* A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare or education
* A warm, patient and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
