An opportunity has arisen for a 12-month maternity cover post within a busy Property Management Team. The successful candidate will manage over 500 properties across the Borough, handling various tenancies.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Providing excellent customer service to tenants
2. Ensuring rental payments are collected
3. Carrying out property inspections
4. Conducting property viewings and exit inspections
