Support Worker Job Description
We are seeking passionate Support Workers who are available to work flexibly within our successful temporary division.
As a Support Worker, you will work as part of a team to deliver high standards of care and support the emotional wellbeing of young persons. Your role is to help service users maximize their choices, rights, and decisions.
Requirements:
1. Hold a full UK driving licence
2. Level 3 in Health & Social Care / Children & Young People (preferred but not essential)
3. Good written and verbal communication skills
4. An empathetic, non-judgemental, and calm demeanor
5. Dedicated and committed with a positive attitude
