We are looking for a Compliance Auditor within our Quality Team, to strengthen and support the internal audits, ensuring each home is meeting our overall aims and objectives and standards as well as all regulatory requirements. You will support the homes to deliver the highest possible care and support to help achieve our Vision to be the Home of Choice, Employer of Choice and be safe and secure in each area. You be undertaking quality assurance audits daily and in accordance with the regulations of the Health & Social Care Act and CQC requirements, providing detailed feedback and moving forward with actions.
