🔧 About the Role
As our Property Services Supervisor (Energy), you’ll be at the forefront of delivering and coordinating a high-quality, efficient and value-for-money service. You'll supervise a team of multi-skilled trades professionals while helping to drive up standards across energy efficiency, compliance, retrofit projects, and property improvements.
In this exciting role, you will:
* Supervise and motivate an operational team to deliver repairs, servicing, renewals and energy retrofit works.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, to specification and to the highest quality.
* Support the planning and scheduling of works across multiple trade disciplines.
* Monitor compliance, safety, documentation and quality of energy retrofit installations.
* Produce EPCs and support energy efficiency initiatives across the organisation.
* Act as the first point of contact for problem-solving, providing guidance, solutions and support.
* Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, partners and colleagues.
* Drive a culture of “right first time” service delivery.
🙌 What We’re Looking For
You’ll be someone who:
* Has significant experience in property maintenance, building work or energy retrofit projects.
* Is confident supervising and motivating staff to deliver high performance.
* Enjoys problem-solving, improving processes, and delivering great customer service.
* Has a good understanding of trade disciplines, health and safety responsibilities, and value-for-money principles.
* Communicates clearly, confidently and professionally at all levels.
* Is proactive, organised, adaptable and resilient — especially when challenges arise.
* Is passionate about improving energy performance and supporting sustainability goals.
Relevant qualifications — particularly in a building trade, energy assessment or electrical compliance — are welcomed, but we’re equally interested in your experience, potential and commitment to learning.
