About this team and role:
Mozilla Marketing is looking for a Firefox Creative Director to join our team. This is an exciting moment to play a critical role in the future of one of the internet's most trusted browsers.
We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead global marketing efforts for Firefox. This role calls for a balance of conceptual vision and craft excellence, guiding a small in-house team alongside a strong network of agency partners.
What you’ll do:
1. Lead the development of campaign creative toolkits, and work with global teams to adapt and activate across markets.
2. Collaborate with and lead agency partners to deliver bold, effective creative.
3. Partner with in-house marketing strategists and go-to-market experts to increase creative impact in markets.
4. Drive brand marketing campaigns that connect Firefox with audiences in key markets.
5. Provide mentorship and management to support an ambitious internal team.
6. Report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing, Brand and Creative.
What you’ll bring:
7. 10+ years experience in leading creative work, either in an agency or in-house setting
8. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and oversee creative development and execution
9. Outstanding organization and project management skills
10. Strong communication and presentation skills
11. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe.
12. Ability to think about both big-picture creative strategy and deliver against individual briefs
13. Experience analyzing data and consumer insights to inform marketing creative
14. A comfort with working in a fast-paced environment and across different time zones and cultures
15. A proactive self-starter who is both collaborative and able to work independently
