What You'll Be Doing Deliver inspiring English lessons to adult learners in a secure setting Support literacy, Functional Skills, and core communication skills Adapt teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs Motivate and engage learners who may have had negative experiences of education Track progress and celebrate learner achievements Work closely with education and prison staff as part of a supportive team Who We're Looking For You'll be: A qualified teacher or tutor (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) Confident teaching English (experience in adult or prison education is a bonus, not a must) Patient, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent Passionate about inclusion, second chances, and education for all Calm, professional, and positive in a structured environment
