You must be able to work effectively and inclusively with a range of people and be determined, resourceful and driven to deliver the best results, putting the customer at the heart of what you do, whilst supporting the business This role encompasses the following responsibilities: · Assembly of bespoke computer-based products to a quality level. · Understanding of technical documentation and drawings. · Communication of technical issues and escalations. · Perform other duties in any area of the business as determined by the business. Understanding of bespoke computer hardware components. Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications. A high level of manual dexterity required. Must be reasonably fit and able as the role may involve a physical element. Ability to work in an efficient, tidy and organised manner ensuring that health & safety is at the forefront of everything you do. Ability to work within a team. Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and other employees verbally. Keen to learn, progress and develop knowledge across a wide range of products. Ability to absorb new skills quickly through mentor and spot training. Must be flexible and be adaptable to change with a positive and driven attitude. Must have a good attention to detail. Excellent work ethic with ability to meet targets set by the business The following would be advantageous but are not essential: Basic knowledge of component configuration including BIOS (AMI, Phoenix and others) or UEFI configuration and software configuration (Windows O/S). Basic understanding of mechanical assembly. Ability to solder and/ or experience in cable harnessing. Experience of using power tools.
