Candidates should have proficiency in 1D and 2D river, surface water, and coastal area modelling.AtkinsRéalis is a leading engineering and environmental consultancy involved in diverse projects, including flood risk management, water resources, and international development. Our work includes frameworks for the Environment Agency, local authorities, and major infrastructure projects like HS2 and Sizewell C.Requirements:Experience in flood risk projects with hydraulic modelling expertise.Proficiency in tools such as Infoworks ICM, Flood Modeller, TUFLOW/ESTRY, or HEC-RAS.GIS skills with ArcGIS, MapInfo, or QGIS.Desirable: Hydrological assessment experience, including FEH and UK hydrology.Leadership experience in technical teams.Ability to make robust decisions based on data.Chartered status is valued; support for professional development is available.
