Robert Half International is supporting a global consulting organisation delivering services into a major Utilities client. We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to support the ongoing operation, enhancement and optimisation of a complex SuccessFactors environment. This is a hands-on functional consulting role focused on resolving support issues, delivering change requests and enhancements, introducing new capabilities, and supporting the integration of SuccessFactors within a wider SAP S/4HANA landscape.
Assignment Details
* Initial 6-month contract
* Hybrid working with occasional travel to the Solihull area
* Circa £550/day via Umbrella
* Interview process expected over the next 1-2 weeks
* Likely start date mid-June to July depending on availability and onboarding
Key Responsibilities
* Resolve functional support tickets across the SuccessFactors platform
* Deliver change requests, enhancements and configuration updates
* Support the rollout of new SuccessFactors capabilities
* Provide functional consulting expertise to business stakeholders
* Work closely with HR, Technology and Transformation teams
* Support integration activity aligned to a wider SAP S/4HANA programme
* Contribute towards platform optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Experience
* Ideally Utilities sector experience
* SAP SuccessFactors certification
* Strong SAP SuccessFactors functional consulting experience
