Presenting over 45 years’ experience in skilling solutions and services to employers and businesses, job seekers and students, through apprenticeship support services, employment, education support programs, and vocational training. Description About the Role… The Account Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic account management and client acquisition of corporate clients. Reporting directly to the Strategic Relationships Manager, this role is responsible for nurturing strong, profitable partnerships with existing clients while proactively identifying and securing new opportunities to expand the reach and impact of BUSY At Work – The Apprenticeship Community. Working closely with state leadership and field operations teams, the position focuses on developing and executing targeted strategies to strengthen client relationships, enhance service delivery through process improvements and a client centric servicing model. What does an everyday look like? Collaborate Strategically: Partner with the divisional leadership through the Strategic Relationships Manager, and Corporate Services Team to design and execute key account and business retention strategies. Lead Account Management: Oversee the coordination and delivery of account management processes for corporate clients, ensuring consistency and excellence in service. Drive Continuous Improvement: Evaluate existing account management practices to identify opportunities for streamlining and enhancing operational efficiency. Grow Revenue Streams: Actively pursue opportunities to expand revenue within key accounts through strategic engagement and tailored solutions. Implement Retention Plans: Develop and execute targeted business retention plans to strengthen relationships and ensure long-term client satisfaction. Engage Field Teams: Work closely with BUSY At Work field staff to promote service uptake among existing customers, fostering deeper engagement and value delivery. This is a full time, fixed term role until 30 June 2026 with possibility of extension based from either our Parramatta or Southport office. Strong ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines, administrative procedures, and operational processes with precision. Well-developed skills in report writing, analysis, and project management and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. Demonstrated effective problem-solving, and confident decision-making in dynamic environments. Ability to obtain a Blue Card//WWCC and National Police Check with no outcomes Next steps Candidate care is important to us, this role will actively commence recruitment from the date of advertisement.
