Shirley Parsons is exclusively partnered with a leading waste and construction company, looking for a Health and Safety Manager to lead their growing contractor division. The ideal candidate will have demolition experience and the ability to work 5 days onsite.
The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for:
– Ensuring the responsibility of safety for all contractors, operators and members of the public on and around the construction sites
– Monitor the performance of your sites in order to identify where additional support / actions are required. Escalate any concerns to the Health and Safety Manager
– Independently carry out investigations along with Root Cause analysis
– Review of project construction phase plans (CPP), risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
The Health and Safety Manager will have:
– NEBOSH General Certificate at minimum
– CDM knowledge and practical experience
– Demolition Experience
– Full UK Working rights
