Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a successful national employee owned company based in Stockport who have been established for over 4 decades. The successful candidate will provide accurate and comprehensive administrative support to the wider trading team.
Responsibilities for a Trading Administrator
* Providing administration support to the two trading managers and wider team
* Answering calls and responding to emails
* Raising purchase orders, ensuring these are executed exactly as directed by the buying team
* Being the primary day to day contact for depots on all queries
* Cleansing data and barcode maintenance
* Uploading product files onto the system
* Inputting data onto Excel spreadsheets
* Producing reports
* General clerical support
Trading Administration skills:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Competent with Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/Outlook, in particular Excel
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
