You'll play a key role in scaling their team as the business continues to grow, leading senior-level recruitment, partnering with stakeholders across the globe, and mentoring a small team along the way. Here's a bit more about the role as Talent Acquisition Manager: Lead on senior and executive hiring across international markets Manage and support a small, ambitious talent team (3-4 people) Build and deliver a recruitment strategy that's data-led and people-focused Develop strong pipelines and networks to support future growth Bring their employer brand to life in the candidate market Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand evolving hiring needs Keep an eye on recruitment metrics and make sure the process runs smoothly Champion inclusive, values-led hiring across every stage What they're looking for: Someone with solid experience in senior-level recruitment, ideally in a global or high-growth setting A positive people leader who knows how to get the best out of a team A natural relationship-builder who can work closely with leaders and stakeholders Comfortable with recruitment tech, tools and data A strategic thinker who's happy rolling up their sleeves too Ideally CIPD qualified or educated in a relevant field (though not essential) You'll be joining a values-driven business with a collaborative and people-first culture, where your voice will be heard and your impact will be felt.
