Salary: £40k to £44k plus bonus, car, and company benefits.
Responsibilities: You will estimate accident damage for vehicles of all makes and marques, assess the full extent of the damage, calculate costs of repair and timeframes, identify correct prescribed repair methods, prepare, record and maintain electronic and manual estimates, liaise with insurance companies for repair authority, and collaborate with customers, engineers and technicians to explain repair methodology. Keep up to date with Thatcham Repair Methods, BSi safety standards, insurer and manufacturer literature and bulletins.
Qualifications: Proven VDA/Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator with experience using Audatex. Preferred NVQ level 3/City & Guilds or ATA/IMI qualification, solid bodyshop background. Full UK Manual Driving Licence required.
