Job Description:
London South Bank University (LSBU) is one of London's largest and oldest universities with 31,000 students and approximately 2,000 staff. Since 1892, the University has provided vocationally-relevant, accredited, and professionally recognized education. LSBU has a large estate portfolio in Central London, with over 20 buildings totaling 120,000m2. The University has invested heavily in estate development and has ambitious plans for further growth.
Our focus is on industry-relevant degrees that help students become the best versions of themselves, gaining skills for life and meeting employer expectations. Our vision is to transform lives, communities, businesses, and society through applied education and insight. Our work aims to make a real impact, building communities, strengthening society, and promoting equality of opportunity.

This position is suited for candidates with a proven track record of managing large, diverse estate operational teams and outsourced contracts. Strong technical knowledge of building services, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and customer service skills are essential.
