A bit about the job:
As a Data and CRM Manager in the Health and Protection and Workplace Marketing team, you'll be at the forefront of designing, building, and sending marketing activity via Salesforce Account Engagement. This hands-on role involves collaboration with data experts, Marketing, and Distribution teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven marketing and automation.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Build and send marketing communications across multiple business areas and manage the delivery schedule.
- Facilitate the technical development of Salesforce Account Engagement through collaboration with the Salesforce admin team.
- Develop the Marketing team's engagement with the existing Marketing Technology suite.
- Identify and deliver data requirements solutions for effective multi-channel marketing.
- Liaise with other Salesforce teams and broader digital, IT, and business teams to develop a single view of the customer.
- Contribute expertise to the wider team on campaign testing and analysis.
- Build understanding and capability across colleagues within the Health and Protection and Workplace Marketing team.
- Work closely with corporate distribution teams to manage collaborative marketing campaigns and deliver qualified leads.
- Manage and continually develop Marketing effectiveness across all channels.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
• Strong understanding of Salesforce technology platform and practical use of Salesforce Account Engagement to deliver marketing activity would be preferred.
• Effective knowledge of end-to-end delivery of data marketing campaigns and an ability to convey complex requirements and scenarios to a non-technical audience.
• A track record of working with complex data in conjunction with varied business areas (e.g. IT, operations, marketing, risk) and an understanding of the data lifecycle within marketing and communications activity.
• Experience with developing marketing campaigns through test and learn alongside managing technical development.
• Familiarity the wider Adobe Marketing Cloud products, particularly Adobe Analytics, AEM and other data analysis tools / SQL plus HTML advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Desired Salesforce certification.
- Degree or equivalent workplace experience.
- Relevant marketing/market research qualification (e.g., CIM, IDM) or studying towards.
