Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd line IT support to end users in line with SLA requirements.
* Troubleshoot, build, and configure Windows 10/7 devices.
* Resolve hardware and software incidents across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
* Use ServiceNow to manage and progress tickets.
* Support basic SCCM and Active Directory tasks.
* Assist with networking issues including Wi-Fi, LAN/VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.
* Support Microsoft Exchange environments.
* Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times.
Skills/Must have:
* Full UK Driving licence.
* Sole UK national with eligibility for SC clearance.
* Minimum 2 years’ desktop support experience.
* Strong Microsoft Windows support background (Windows 10 & 7).
* Proven 2nd line support experience to SLA.
* Confident, professional, and customer-focused communication skills.
