The hospitality areas require Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters to work in the bustling, friendly hospitality areas within the stadium. Package Description Over 18's: 12.21 per hour Under 18's: 10.44 per hour Flexible working Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts Main Responsibilities Handling, Preparing and Ferrying Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic drinks Presenting the award winning food to the guests at the table Welcoming guests and taking orders Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items Ideal Candidate Excellent verbal communication skills Being friendly yet professional Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism Good attention to detail and punctuality Being proactive is key Experience within hospitality A flexible "can do" attitude The ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
