Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:00pm, 39 hours a week
OA are currently looking to recruit for a Finance Assistant to join a client based in Hitchin.
Our client is seeking an individual that is looking to start a career within Accounts, motivated to learn and grow new skills, with excellent communication skills and self-motivated.
Duties of a Finance Assistant:
* Accounts receivable transactions; customer receipts, debtor control
* Bank and cash transactions, including data entry and reconciliation of all transactions
* Accounts payable transactions; preparing invoices for entry and supplier queries
* Supporting credit control
* Support production of monthly management accounts and year end process.
What we would like from you:
* Experience of working within finance or office environment
* Graduate within Finance or AAT qualified
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
