Senior Lawyer | Major Projects & Infrastructure | London
Some legal roles support projects. Others help shape whether they happen at all.
I’m working on a senior legal search for a globally recognised engineering and infrastructure platform delivering some of the most technically complex programmes in the market.
This role sits at the heart of project delivery, working directly with senior commercial and operational leadership from bid stage through execution across major international programmes.
The work includes:
* EPC, EPCM, alliance and other complex project delivery structures
* Contract strategy, negotiation and risk allocation across multi-jurisdictional programmes
* Joint ventures, consortium arrangements and procurement strategy
* Live project advisory, commercial problem solving and dispute avoidance
* Supporting major infrastructure and energy projects across multiple international markets
Current project exposure includes:
* Airports
* Roads and highways
* Hydropower and renewables
* Major civils and earthworks
* Industrial and energy infrastructure
Geographic remit spans:
* Middle East
* Africa
* Europe
* Select emerging markets
This opportunity will resonate with lawyers who have built their careers advising on high-value international projects, whether in private practice or within leading contractors, developers, EPC or engineering businesses.
The environment is lean, highly technical and commercially demanding, with genuine visibility at senior leadership level and the opportunity to influence how major projects are structured, negotiated and delivered.
