Registered Manager – Supported Living (CQC)
Location: Leicester Area
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow well-established CQC-registered supported living services for young people aged 16–18 in the Leicester area.

Oversee high-quality care, compliance, staffing, and operational management
Work closely with commissioners to secure new contracts and expand provision
Maintain outstanding standards in line with CQC requirements while collaborating alongside children’s services where applicable
Participate in the on-call rota to support the service as needed

NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care – Adults
Proven management experience in supported living services
Skilled in working with commissioners and contract acquisition
