As CRM Marketing Manager, you will manage the CRM team and oversee the optimisation of player retention, promotions, and communications.
You will help to manage the customer relationship management systems and assist the Head of CRM with the overall retention strategy.
This role will play a crucial part in driving business growth as well as developing the CRM team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strong understanding of customer behaviour, and a proven track record in implementing successful CRM strategies.
Lead the CRM team in planning and optimising multi-channel CRM campaigns for both UK and International customers.
Collaborate with the team on promotional strategy and analysis, overseeing performance and making changes where necessary.
Managing and developing the Senior Marketing Executives and ensure the team are meeting their KPIs.
Quality checking work to ensure everything is done to a high standard.
Monitor internal processes to ensure that all tasks are complete with a high level of accuracy and within assigned deadlines.
Improvement and optimisation of the CRM strategy using the automation and back-office tools.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.

Skills and Experience
* Experience in a similar role preferred.
* Experience with CRM and Email Marketing tools.
* Online gaming experience preferred but not essential.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Solid understanding of customer data and retention strategies.
* Proven experience with promotion and/or marketing campaign planning.
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
* Confident in delegating tasks to a team and providing constructive feedback.
* Experience managing KPIs and targets.
