The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
As an Inspiring Classroom Leader (Cover Supervisor), you will:
* Lead classes of students aged 11–16 during teacher absences
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to ensure learning continues seamlessly
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Build positive relationships and create an engaging learning environment
* Provide additional support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required
This role is an excellent stepping stone toward a career in teaching, providing valuable school-based experience and professional development opportunities.
