About The Role
We are expanding our Sales team and are recruiting an experienced Sales Consultant to join either our Worting Park Development in Basingstoke or Kings Barton Development in Winchester, within our Southern region.
Your role involves using your negotiating and influencing skills to achieve sales, ensuring the effective, efficient, and accurate processing of sales and contracts from reservation to exchange and completion via our on-site IT systems. Previous experience in luxury branded sales within housebuilding, along with delivering exceptional customer service, is essential.
Your main responsibilities include meeting customers, guiding them through property specifications, and assisting them through the purchasing and handover process. Maintaining the excellent presentation of the development and providing outstanding customer service throughout the buying journey are key aspects of your role.
You will conduct market research, prepare reports for the sales management team, and contribute ideas during team discussions to meet sales targets. An awareness of industry trends is advantageous, as keeping your knowledge current is expected.
About You
You must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent listening skills and adaptability in communication style are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence in utilising IT systems, especially managing the onsite database, are crucial. Previous new homes sales experience, passion, enthusiasm, and a flair for selling are necessary. Flexibility to work weekends and a full driving licence with access to a vehicle are also required.
