Role Overview
The Sales & Events Co-ordinator plays a pivotal role in driving revenue, visibility, and brand engagement across the Fat Duck Group. This role supports the planning, promotion, and execution of events while proactively generating new business through outreach, relationship building, and partnership development. The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded, and confident representing a world-renowned hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Support the delivery of sales targets across events, private dining, collaborations, and commercial activations.
Qualify and respond to inbound sales and event enquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Prepare proposals, costings, contracts, and follow-up communications.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking leads, conversions, and revenue.
Outreach & New Business Development
Proactively identify and research new business opportunities, including corporate clients, luxury brands, agencies, and high-net-worth individuals.
Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and networking to generate qualified leads.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with event planners, concierges, brand partners, and agencies.
Support strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand reach and commercial value.
Represent the Fat Duck Group at industry events, showcases, and networking opportunities.
Events Planning & Co-ordination
Co-ordinate the end-to-end delivery of events, from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
Liaise with internal teams (operations, kitchen, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless execution.
Assist with site visits, tastings, and client meetings.
Ensure all event details, timings, and special requirements are clearly communicated.
Brand & Marketing Support
Work closely with Marketing to align outreach activity with brand messaging and campaigns.
Assist with the creation of sales collateral, presentations, and pitch materials.
Ensure all client-facing communications reflect the Fat Duck Groups tone, values, and attention to detail.
Administration & Reporting
Manage contracts, invoices, and deposits in collaboration with Finance.
Produce regular sales and outreach reports, including pipeline status and performance against targets.
Gather client feedback and insights to inform future sales and event strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue generated from events and outreach-led sales.
Number and quality of new leads generated through proactive outreach.
Conversion rate from enquiry to confirmed booking.
Client satisfaction and repeat business.
Accuracy and consistency of CRM data and reporting.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Previous experience in sales, events, hospitality, or luxury brands.
Proven ability to conduct proactive outreach and generate new business.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident, professional, and personable client-facing manner.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Desirable
Experience within fine dining, luxury hospitality, or premium events.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
Existing network within events, luxury, or corporate sectors.
Personal Attributes
Commercially aware with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Highly organised and process-driven.
Collaborative team player who can also work independently.

About The Fat Duck Group
Founded by world-famous chef Heston Blumenthal, The Fat Duck Group comprises four restaurants that between them hold a total of 7 Michelin Stars.
Its flagship restaurant, The Fat Duck, is located in Bray, Berkshire, England. Established in 1995, it has been held three Michelin stars since 2004, one of only 10 restaurants in the country to hold this accolade.
