We are seeking a reliable and experienced cover supervisor to work on a day-to-day basis in one of our amazing secondary schools based in B36!

Ideal Person Specification:
- Relevant previous experience as a cover supervisor
-Strong understanding of expectations of a cover supervisor
- Ability to confidently deliver a range of pre-planned lessons
- Confident, strong classroom presence
- Can commit to atleast 3 days per week (Mon-Fri)
Job Role/Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons covering a range of subjects, in a confident and pro-active way
- Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills, ensuring all children are on task and the classroom is a calm environment
- Follow schools policies and procedures at all times, whilst being a professional representative of Teaching Personnel
- Report to school staff about any concerns in a timely manner- raising any concerns appropriately and according to policies
- Ensure classrooms are left in a clean, safe and tidy manner when you leave at the end of the day
