Job Overview
We are looking for a registered Learning Disability Nurse to join our Community Learning Disability Teams across Manchester. The role involves leading and contributing to the effective provision of services to people with learning disabilities, complex needs and autism, working as part of a nurse‑led team and the wider multi‑disciplinary community‑based team.
Responsibilities
* Provide and manage a caseload of people using evidence‑based, person‑centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
* Work within a multi‑disciplinary team, emphasizing quality service delivery through holistic assessment and identification of needs.
* Participate in project and group work to enhance service delivery and meet national and local targets.
* Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of both professional and service developments.
Qualifications & Skills
* Registered Learning Disability Nurse with appropriate registration.
* Positive leadership qualities and effective problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high‑quality care.
